WORDAFUL Gratitude Journal + Pen
Gratitude journaling is my favorite way to practice mindfulness.
I've been doing this exercise for over 10 years as part of my self-care ritual. It has trained my mind to find small moments of gratitude each day and that helps me to appreciate my life so much more.
I keep this special journal and pen for my practice because it's a sacred ritual for me. The more value I give to the process the more meaningful it becomes in my life.
